Appointment Policy

We value your time. You will be pleased to find that we will generally see you right at the time of your appointment. We will make every effort to complete your treatment in as few visits as possible.  In order for us to be efficient with the time that we have scheduled for you, we would ask that you also be prompt and arrive 10 minutes in advance to complete pertinent paperwork for your child. 

Please give a 48 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment to allow another family to benefit from your appointment slot.  For parents who accidentally miss their child's appointment, we proudly offer a "Make-Up Day" specifically for your convenience!

Dental Emergency Policy

It is important for us to make sure your kids are safe and sound. Our phone line is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and we provide round-the-clock Emergency call service.  If in the event your child has an emergency, please immediately call our office.  Our answering service will contact us right away.
